Biden-Harris Administration Commits Record $17 Billion to HBCUs, Driving Unprecedented Educational and Economic Impact

The Biden-Harris administration has invested $17 billion in HBCUs since fiscal year 2021, with an additional $1.3 billion announced, to strengthen educational equity and economic opportunity, and to enhance HBCUs’ research and development capabilities in STEM fields.
