The Patsy Fletcher Cultural Heritage Award on September 4, 2019 recognized four individuals who have made significant contributions to the cultural landscape of Washington, DC. Named after Patsy Fletcher, who passed away, for her tireless efforts to protect and preserve the African American culture and history of Washington, DC.
