Sen. Chris Van Hollen Sponsors Tax on America’s Biggest Polluters to Fund Climate Change Solutions

Sen. Chris Van Hollen, Rep. Jerry Nadler, and Rep. Judy Chu have introduced a bill requiring the largest polluters in America to pay into a $1 trillion fund to tackle the impacts of climate change.
